    If you aren’t completely satisfied with your New Balance Reconsidered purchase, we accept returns within 45 days of purchase by visiting the returns page. A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or packing list is required. New Balance Reconsidered reserves the right to refuse damaged merchandise. Items marked 'final sale' will not be eligible for return. We will refund your payment, excluding any original shipping fees. Please note, the return shipping fee is $7.50 and will be deducted from your overall refund amount. Once 45 days have passed since your purchase, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for a refund but you can trade footwear in for a voucher on accepted items instead.
