Option 1: Drop Off In-Store
Bring your eligible shoes to a participating New Balance store. A store associate will review your item, and if accepted, you will receive a voucher to use toward your next New Balance purchase. Find a New Balance Store
Option 2: Trade In by Mail
Ship your eligible shoes to us from anywhere in the U.S. Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive a voucher for accepted items. Please click here to begin.
